Is this only for agencies?
No. Switch is for agencies, studios, freelancers, and in-house teams. You’ll need to be a Framer Expert to apply.
What kinds of sites can we switch?
Switch is for active company or client sites moving to Framer. Not your own portfolio or side project. It can start from WordPress, Webflow, custom builds, or any other website platforms.
Do the credits expire?
Yes. Your credits expire 3 months after they’re issued.
Can I apply for credits for another site?
Yes. Once your previously approved site is live on Framer, you can apply for up to 50K AI credits to switch another.
What happens to my client’s SEO?
Moving platforms doesn’t mean starting over. You can preserve URLs where possible, add redirects when URLs change, and review titles, descriptions, headings and other SEO details before launch.
Can I move my client’s CMS content?
Yes. Agent can help bring blogs, collections and other CMS content into Framer. Some fields may need adjusting, so check everything before publishing.
What happens to redirects?
Existing URLs can be kept where possible, and redirects can be added for URLs that change so visitors and search engines reach the right pages.
